- A real-life placement simulator designed to test skills, knowledge, and mindset.
- Event consists of five rounds:
- Aptitude Test
- Group Discussion
- Technical Interview
- HR Interview
- Pitch the Idea Round
Round Structure
- 1. Aptitude Test
- Assesses logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and verbal skills.
- Focus on speed, accuracy, and problem-solving under time constraints.
- 2. Group Discussion
- Platform to express ideas and opinions on given topics.
- Evaluates communication, teamwork, leadership, and group dynamics handling.
- 3. Technical Interview
- Tests branch-specific knowledge.
- Assesses problem-solving, analytical thinking, and concept application.
- 4. HR Interview
- Focuses on personality, attitude, confidence, and professional behavior.
- Helps participants learn how to present themselves effectively to recruiters.
- 5. Pitch the Idea
- Shortlisted participants act as interviewers and present innovative ideas/solutions.
- Evaluates creativity, leadership, presentation, and strategic thinking.
Rules and Regulations
- Participants must bring a printed CV/Resume and submit it at the start.
- Formal attire is mandatory to maintain a professional environment.
- No mobiles or external help allowed during rounds.
- Judges’ decision is final.
- Misconduct or disrespect = disqualification.
- Report at the venue 15 minutes before the event starts.
Judging Criteria
- Aptitude Test: Accuracy, speed, logical reasoning ability.
- Group Discussion: Clarity of thought, communication, confidence, teamwork.
- Technical Interview: Subject knowledge, problem-solving, practical application.
- HR Interview: Attitude, personality, ethics, adaptability.
- Pitch-the-Idea: Originality, feasibility, clarity, convincing ability.
- Professionalism & Presentation: Grooming, etiquette, overall conduct.
