Event Brief

• Focus on designing visually impactful flyers on technology and innovation.
• Tests creativity, design skills, and artistic imagination.
• Flyers must clearly convey the theme with strong visuals and messaging.
• Participants can design flyers digitally.
• Evaluation based on creativity, theme relevance, clarity, and overall presentation.

Rules and Regulations

• Participation: Solo or Team (as per event guidelines).
• Theme: Flyers must strictly follow the given theme/subtopics.
• Originality: Only original designs; plagiarism or copyrighted material not allowed.
• Format: Submit in A4 size as JPEG/PNG/PDF.
• Time Limit: 1.5 hours (including 15 minutes for idea planning).
• Tools: Participants must bring their own laptop and design software.
• Disqualification: Any vulgar/offensive content, plagiarism, or AI-generated designs will lead to instant disqualification.

Round Structure

Round 1 – Easy Level

• Format: 15 minutes for brainstorming, remaining time for designing.
• Time Limit: 1.5 hours.
• Scoring (100 points):
  • Creativity & Innovation – 30%
  • Relevance to Theme – 25%
  • Design & Aesthetic Appeal – 20%
  • Clarity of Message – 15%
  • Overall Impact – 10%
• Elimination: Top 3 participants declared winners.

Tiebreaker Rule

Extra time will be given to tied participants for further improvement.

Judging Criteria

100 Points

• Creativity & Innovation – 30 pts
• Relevance to Theme – 25 pts
• Design & Aesthetic Appeal – 20 pts
• Clarity of Message – 15 pts
• Overall Impact – 10 pts
